Postal Strikes
If you are worried about your order being posted with Royal Mail,
we do have alternative delivery methods available from a range of couriers.
Heavy Orders over 2.0 kg
If your order weighs over 2.0 kg, it will be sent by courier
and will be delivered as normal.
Smaller Orders
Smaller orders are usually sent by Royal Mail (except for high value
goods). If you would like your order to be sent by courier instead,
please add a note in the special instructions and we will confirm by
e-mail any extra charge involved.
International Orders
International orders under 2.0 kg are usually sent by Royal
Mail Airmail which may also be affected by the strikes. If you are concerned
that your order may be delayed, please ask for a price for courier delivery.
Heavy orders over 2.0 kg are always sent by courier and will be unaffected.
