Please read this page if you need any help with your order, or if you can't find what you're looking for.
General Questions
Q:
I'm having a problem with your website, I can't place my order / the price isn't
coming up right.
A: We're sorry about the problem. Please let
us know your problem and we can sort it out over the phone or by e-mail.
Q:
I need something by a certain date, can you get it to me in time?
A:
We get asked this a lot! Please take the time to contact
us to let us know what you need by when. We try to answer all e-mails within
24 hours. You can also place your order and give us a deadline in the special
instructions. If we can't deliver in time, we'll let you know within 24 hours
and we won't debit your card.
Q: Why does it take 14
days to supply some items?
A: Some toys and furniture are shipped
from the suppliers on demand, we just don't have the space to keep all 600+ product
lines in our warehouse! If you need something sooner than 14 days, we might be
able to manage it, especially for larger orders. Please enquire to check.
Q:
What can I expect when I contact you? Can you call me back?
A: Firstly,
you can expect a friendly and personal service! You will always deal with the
same person and we want you to be happy with your order. We are a family run business.
We will try to get back in touch with you within 24 hours, usually by e-mail,
but can ask for a callback if you like. Please let us know when you can be reached.
Nappies
Q:
I'm not sure what nappies / how many nappies to order?
A: You can
read our nappy help page, or contact
us for assistance!
Q: Will the nappies fit my baby?
A: The nappy sizes offer good guidance, but every baby is a different shape. It's
always worth trying a trial pack first (for Bambino Mio) or for Onelife, just
buy a nappy and the appropriate size wrap.
Q: I'm looking
for a Bambino Mio / Onelife nappy, but it's not on your website. Can you get it
for me?
A: Probably! If it's not discontinued, we're happy to special
order it for you. Contact us and let us know what
you're looking for and we'll give you a price and tell you how long it will take
to get.
Toys / Furniture
Q:
I want to order several pieces of furniture / large toys. Is the delivery price
per box?
A: No, the delivery price is £7.95 for as much furniture
as you want, or £4.95 for toys.
Q: Do you only
sell wooden toys?
A: Mostly, we do sell some soft toys too, but we
prefer not to sell plastic toys because of the impact they have on the environment.
We also only sell toys which we know to have been ethically produced, using plantation
trees.
Q: I'm looking for a PinToy / Tolo / George
Luck toy but it's not on your website. Can you get it for me?
A: Probably!
